Crimson Business Development LLC is currently facilitating a feasibility study for the Boise Hawks, “A” Minor League Baseball affiliate to the Chicago Cubs. This study will evaluate the potential for the development in the greater Treasure Valley area of a new Multi Purpose facility in which the Hawks would play their home games. The Boise Hawks would serve as the primary tenant for this facility, but would also act in a management role, booking other events on non- baseball dates, and providing facilities maintenance and upkeep.
The results of this study will help to evaluate the financial impact to both the team and the city of a new facility.

When completed this study will serve as the primary vehicle the Boise Hawks will use to market to municipalities in the Treasure Valley (Cities, Counties Development Districts etc.) both the need for a new facility and the benefits of its’ construction.
